Founded in 1985 Dr Howard J Cohen, the practice began helping veterans by providing information, counseling and evaluations. In 2017, following the passing of Dr Howard Cohen, Dr Eric R Cohen, PhD (under the direct supervision of Dr John D'Alessandro, PhD) took over to continue helping this pupoluation in need. We proved evaluation and evidence gathering services for Veterans, to help them through the VA disbaility process.

HJC Veteran Services provides information, education, referrals, and evaluations for effective presentation to the Department of Veteran Affairs (VA). We are knowledgeable of VA procedures and will help you express your story to the VA in a productive and professional manner. We will follow your claim throughout the adjudication process and will attend and represent you in a Decision Review Officer (DRO) hearing, if necessary. HJC Veteran Services has entered the adjudication process at all points and levels of decision-making.
